Return/Credit:You may return all unopened products after 30 days and before 60 days of receipt for a credit toward future Elevate purchases, subject to a 20% handling/destruction fee, by call Customer Service at 1-877-866-9113.

As a result of newly implemented quality guidelines we must destroy all returned product. We do this since we do not have control/custody of the product once it is delivered. We don't think it is fair or ethical to ship you a product returned by a previous customer, even when that product has been unopened.
