**Due to COVID-19, please ensure that any orders from CA, MI and NY placed on or after May 21st are able to be received at your designated
location. Due to the high amount of recently rejected shipments from closed offices we will need
you to confirm that you agree to the following, before we can
ship your order.
That someone will be in the office to receive
and sign for the package being delivered by Fed Ex. Please provide the name and
phone number of the receiving person.
If the package is not received by your office then
you will be responsible for return shipping charges of the package(s).

Elevate Return Policy and Notification, Effective 6/26/18:
Return/Refund: You may return unopened product within 30
days of receipt for a refund, subject to a 20% handling fee, by calling
Customer Service at 1-877-866-9113.
Return/Credit: You may return all unopened products after 30
days and before 60 days of receipt for a credit toward future Elevate
purchases, subject to a 20% handling fee, by call Customer Service at
As a result of newly implemented quality guidelines we must
destroy all returned product. We do this since we do not have control/custody
of the product once it is delivered. We don't think it is fair or ethical to
ship you a product returned by a previous customer, even when that product has
been unopened. Therefore a 20% handling fee will be
deducted from any refund or credit given.
